Milking ND for money?

Everything about Freeman staying in Midwest makes sense. Taking the ND job over LSU makes sense for him(regardless of what we think). I'm wondering if the leaks about him coming to LSU was an effort to get ND to sweeten their offer. Happens all the time. I don't buy this "don't want to move my family cross country" crap. He knew how far B.R. was from Cincy when he came down here. This seems like an orchestrated move that Fickell probably had a hand in playing out. Sucks but maybe we'll hire someone who will stay more than 37 minutes!

Exactly what I said. He probably knew how to get max contract from ND by bringing LSU in knowing we would throw Bocoup cash at him to flash in front of Kelley and ND brass. Looks like it worked out great for him
