Miles is sitting pretty

There is no downside for him right now.

He can force LSU's hand to give him a raise and leverage that against Michigan. It would be pretty simple, "Michigan I hate to put you in this position but, LSU is raising the stakes and I can't face those kids unless they understand that your offer was just too good to turn down. You are going to need to make a statement and put something on the table that is significantly better than what I have now"

Loyalties aside, securing the future for your kids and grandchildren isn't something I see Miles passing up.

I dont see UM pulling the trigger though, they are notoriously cheap with there coaches and want guys to come there just because it is Michigan.
