Actually his record isn't that great being that he had two tough rebuilding jobs at San Jose State and Colorado.

He has turned around 2 programs and his last season record at both is impressive. He has SEC ties. He isn't an offensive-minded coach though, but he is defensive-minded, if Armando were to leave.
