There is a poll on umgoblue.com asking who the next coach should be. Les has 70.83% of the vote compared to Ferentz 3.13%

The KF rumor is in place to take the heat off Miles for the next week. I have a feeling Miles will be gone Sunday Morning.

I think you're right on, Scoop. I'm wondering if Michigan is floating these other candidates to make it APPEAR Miles isn't their first choice. Maybe to get leverage, maybe to appease Carr, who knows?

They are just doing it so that Miles can prepare for the SEC CG. Once that game is over I think we will hear something soon after. If he is offered the Michigan job he will take it for sure.
I don't think he or Pelini will be there for the bowl game. Michigan meeds a coach in place prior to January for recruiting purposes and I think Miles is their man. He we need a couple of weeks to put a staff together and then hit the recruiting trail.
