I 2ould fall it a scam if he didn't win titles at his last 2 stops. Based on that, I'd probably call it an investment by the employer.

As a Jags fans things are finally looking up. A QB on the way, a top tier coach, some young talent on the roster, tons of picks and finally a ton of cap space to sign players . Urban definetly picked a great time to return
