I doubt Texas would take him, but he'd be a hell of a coup for Oregon or LSU. He is not going to be at Iowa State very long, so get him while he's hot.

As a head coach? He's in his first year at Iowa State. He isn't leaving for a coordinator job.

As a head coach. Check the Toledo record. And he's got Iowa State playing good football.
If he stays in Ames (which I doubt he will), the Cyclones will be a consistent 7-9 win team.

He's a good coach, but much of the fan base is not going to buy into anything less than a big name who keep assistants on staff (CEO) who do not desire to play second fiddle.
