Love Coach O but he can't be the future head coach at LSU

He is a great recruiter and a fantastic motivator and need to be retain at LSU. However, he will not lead LSU to the promised land. A head coach needs to be more than just a motivator, he needs to understands and analyze the X and O as it happens on the battle field. You can motivate a guy to run thru a wall for you, but if he runs thru the wrong wall is not gonna help the end result.

He'd win 9-10 games max just like Les on talent alone
Most coaches would with an established LSU program but it's time we get an x and o's HC
Not another lovable coach figure known mostly for coaching the line.. motivation only goes so far

I think it's more like 7 or 8 a year tbh. He's very limited as a head coach. It's great to let your coordinators and position coaches do their thing...but then why am I paying you 3 million bucks a year?
