What are these guys doing? They know they are not going to hire him & he knows it….Are they negotiating how much Seattle will pay of the Rooney Rule token interview to keep quiet?

I'm all for the minorities getting an equal shot at NFL jobs, but a team shouldn't be forced to interview a minority. In that case, a non-minority (white) interview should be required in a rule book too.

The Rooney rule is not a joke its purpose is to include.
If a Black man never interviews he will never get his name in the hat. The team might know who they are going to hire and lets say that guy is gone in 2 or 3 years well they look back and say hey what about (Rooney Rule guy). This is how it works.
