Little Nicky and Petrino have same syndrome

Small man shrimp complex. Both can't coach professional due to egos. Talk to players like they are children. This works for a while. This doesn't even work in college all the time. Eventually this wears thin. You can't sustain a job today long term treating players like this. Saban wears out his welcome in 3 years at Alabama. The press and Bama fans are already having fits because he is insensitive to their needs. Petrino tolerates a lot more attitude than Saban, but he leaves Arkansas in 3 for a better job. I'm sure he hoped it was LSU.
