I want a coach that will be here a long time and I'm not too about worried him going to Texas. Hell Les turned down his alma mater twice to stay here, however I'm worried he'll bolt for the NFL. But I guess that comes with the terrority when you're signing top coaches.

Rather have a coach we're worried about leaving than a coach we're trying to fire.

If he goes to the NFL, it will be because he found tremendous success here. Just look at the positives! We still have to lock him up first though. I'm tempering expectations until it's announced officially.

I don't think the NFL makes any sense for him.
He has never coached there, never played there.
He runs a very college style offense.
