les's buyout if he goes to michigan?

isnt it structured in his contract that if he goes to Michigan (and only Michigan) that Michigan would have to pay us some serious money?....
thought i heard this from somewhere....would this money help us with finding a new coach?.....visa vi, sign on bonus?

You could have searched and found it as it has been talked to death and there are even a few links to the actual contract, but if Miles leaves to go to UM, his buyout is $1.25 million.
