Please don’t bring in Kelly. These players will not relate to a 60 year old dinosaur who hasn’t accomplished anything except a winning record. Horrible hire.

Players seem to be relating to him fine the last 5 years as he's rattled off 50+ wins and a couple of playoff appearances.
He made Cincy relevant nationally. Won a conference title at Central Michigan. Won national championships in D-II.
He has accomplished plenty.

If only there we’re position coaches to “relate to the kids” so the HC can concentrate on more important things like steering a national championship program. You want some 38 year old popping his arse in the locker room for the Gram or you want a Saban 2.0?
