Just throwing out a name as a canidate. Experienced guy who could get our linebackers in order while at the same time sticking it to a divisional opponent. LSU could give him free reign as DC, as opposed to running a defense under Saban's watch.

saban has gone after many of our coaches why can't we go after his????

I think it would be a slam dunk but i think we are dreaming. I would certainly help neutralize the sabanator.

your right i really don't know anything about steele. I guess i am thinking that yea some of sabans teachings will rub off on him. I think it did on muschamp.

He's a solid coach. He has done a outstanding job with the Bama Defense and is one of Saban's best recruiters, as he was on the Florida State Staff. The Baylor job on his resume is probably the thing that will hamper him from getting another HC job anytime soon. He makes in excess of 500K at Bama
