Okay I have heard many names thrown in as possible coaches but just looking at records.

Since LSU won the National Title.

Miles 39-11

Saban 30-26

I realize Saban's coached in the NFL where there are more games and more losses, but they got worse his second year in Miami. Not to mention he went 6-6 at Alabama this year. He has only seen one 10 win season as a college head coach and three 9 win seasons. Les Miles has only 1 losing season in 7 years of coaching (his first year) and never finished at 500. Saban has finished four seasons with 6 or less wins. (Could be 5 if he loses his bowl game this year.) I realize Saban has one national title but he also was the underdog all year that was under the radar with no target on the back, where Les has coached with a target on his back all year. Can someone explain to me why Saban is the better choice? I have no problem if people want him, just curious to know what makes him stand out so much, other than he got his name on ESPN a lot since leaving Miami.
