I think Gruden would be fascinating at the college level.
He'd probably be an 8-9 win coach with the occasional spike year when he has experienced QB play.

I agree. If it's happening, there's nothing to stop UT from announcing tomorrow so Gruden can start work.
It's not like he has weekly responsibilities besides watching some film to prepare for MNF.

Gruden is negotiating to be both the HC at Tenn and still be on MNF.
