Seems like a lateral move, although he'd be recruiting the same kind of players at Duke as he does at Vandy. The difference is that those players have a better chance of going bowling in the ACC than they do the SEC.

Yea that was surprising. i think that is a lateral move at best, low expectations either way but i think he has vandy going in the right direction, but ACC could be a little easier and duke has a few solid players to build around

Duke sure is setting their sights high in search.

Roof: 6 wins 45 loses at Duke(11.7% winning percentage)
Johnson: 20 wins 50 loses at Vandy(28% winning percentage)

Damn, Johnson is close to 3 times the coach that Roof is.
Quite an upgrade!
