Can't imagine him not being a good fit in BR if the powers that be decide to go another route away from O. I really like some of the things they do on Offense which opens up the run game.

He loses multiple games a year when he doesn't have Jameis Winston, he also has a top #3 recruiting class every year which makes this even worse

I wanted Herman over Jimbo, but between Jimbo's buddies in TAF/TPTB, or Herman & Strong/Texas being in limbo..
Sure seems as if either theLSU people rank Jimbo over Herman, and/or Herman and Texas situation(aka Artmstrong telling teams TH isn't interested?)..

I'm a herman guy, but Jimbo will do well here because he'll always have good defense.
The only reason Les Miles has such a good record at LSU is cause he's always had good defenses backing his arse up and keeping scores close. Jimbo is an upgrade offensively and recruiting won't drop off which is huge because O likely won't stick around.
