Bizarre story - some people thought it was Jim McElwain in that picture, some thought it was Jimmy John, but it was actually retired NYPD officer Jim McSwiggen.

See Napier doing something like what Ryan day did when he hired his mentor Chip Kelly to call plays at Ohio state here

If Napier brings McElwain around UF, he should be fired on the spot. McElwain made up death threats and obstructed a LE investigation. Given the state of the UF administration, though, he might be welcomed back with open arms.
