It’s so nice to see LSU get their guy

I vividly remember this place during the Herman to O and Riley to Kelly searches. Those were dark days when LSU was left at the alter. It’s nice to finally see LSU get the guy everyone (almost unanimously) wanted to see roaming the sidelines in 2026. Verge deserves all the credit possible for making this one happen.

In addition to Verge, I would love to know what role Saban played in all of this. Perhaps we owe him some thanks — on top of owing him a consulting fee — if the reports are accurate that he played a role in helping LSU land Kiffin.
