It makes no sense for O to hire SE....

Why hire him as OC when he knows he can spend top dollar on another assistant and still keep Ensminger on staff too? We all know he isn't going anywhere regardless of who O chooses. Best of both worlds for O. If he hires Gilbert I will be fricken pumped.

I have been saying this forever. Whomever we hire Ensminger will be on staff to take over at a moment's notice if something happens.
