They get hyped and think everything is adrenaline like football.
O and his special assistant Ponamsky are doing the best to advertise O for a job. O is a great recruiter and LSU recruited fine without him.

They had no influence on the Joe Dean Hallman hire/mistake and didn't save DiNardo or Miles.
