I agree. Mack will probably step down tomorrow night. Probably name Akina the interim head coach. Or it's possible that Mack announces his retirement, but will remain the HC until a new one is named. PC next Monday or Tuesday.
Difficult to see it going another way. Certainly a new coach will be named no later than December 23rd, if he resigns tomorrow.

Saban won't want to give the appearance of forcing mack out so he'll give it a few days
