If Herman or Fisher, We don't have to pay 2M to OC

So we pay Miles salary to the HC who calls his own plays. It is almost the same pay structured around

Herman doesnt call plays and Fisher does have an OC, so Im not sure that works.

Even if they have OC. They don't need a high profile one like Cam taking top salary
