Lmao. The "red flag" is he's not interested in the Texas job. A couple of connected texas people have said as much since August. But carry on with the "it's his dream job " stuff.

Herman is the obvious choice. None of us know for sure where this monumental decision will lead but he is young, hungry and smart. Hemay wobble a bit at the beginning but it will be momentary. He is our guy!
