Talent - We have all the talent in Louisiana and East Texas that you'll ever need.
Most important - no flack or BS from anyone. This is your program to run as you see fit and I (Scott Woodward) will guarantee you that as long as I'm here, not one booster will ever have access to you with regard to telling you how to run this program.

Imagine Lincoln Riley’s pasty white arse getting culturally enriched in BR.

He didn't need my consulting...that's the way that he did it. Riley is most likely tired of the OU Boosters telling him how to run his program.
