1. The RBs underperforming has ZERO to do with Wilson. Offensive run scheme, play calling, and blocking is the reason. I don't know how many times I have to explain myself, but less talented RBs under Denbrock (and Wilson), averaged over 5 yards a carry BOTH YEARS. Only one RB each of those 2 years averaged under 5 yards a carry, and both were at 4.9.

2. UGA has a million players get arrested for vehicle charges. Yes blame Frank for things 2 kids who should have known better, but let Smart skate by because he's winning

3. Frank covers relationships with a myriad of recruits, regardless of position. I remember Mascona talking about when Ed fired Juluke. He had to do several things to get back into the good graces of those coaches. New Orleans is the recruiting hotbed in Louisiana. You don't think Kirby Smart keeps former Georgia high school coaches on staff? Both RB coaches he's had since he has been at UGA have been former high school coaches in Georgia.

This isn't something you play with. People don't even think when they down vote legit concerns. Texas has more money and they COULD have Frank Wilson. Having Frank Wilson and Brandon Harris going in home telling Louisiana players what Texas can do for them feels like something LSU should actively prevent.

This is my last comment on this situation until after I see what transpires post season.

No to all above.

Take a Xanex, Wilson isn't worth a spot on the on-field coaching roster. He will of course spend a huge amount of effort bad mouthing LSU and the women he tried to diddle at LSU, wherever he lands.

Wilson has been back since 2022. How many running backs have been drafted since then?

This is my entire point. How many have had the opportunity to even be drafted? 2022 would have been the only class that has been draft eligible and I'm not sure he was even around during the recruiting cycle.

How many evals has he missed on?

I don't know, you could explain this or anything else that can support your position, as I've asked a few times

quote:

Like I said, it’s there to see if you want to. You’re choosing to be obtuse.

Interesting use of that word....

quote:

Sloan was trash, but Wilson was here with Denbrock too. Denbrock went to Notre Dame and their running backs have been excellent.

Ok? Our RB's looked a lot better when Denbrock was here too. What's your point? I clearly agree that the OC can make a difference on rushing output. ND has run the ball hundreds of times more in the past two seasons.

quote:

Saying “it’s not Franks fault” is disingenuous. It’s is Franks fault. It’s also Sloan and BK and the entire offensive staff’s fault.

I don't think I ever said anything like "it's not Franks fault" and in fact am questioning what could be considered his fault. You didn't actually respond to a single thing I wrote - I'm not the one being disingenuous, or obtuse.

quote:

If Kiffin doesn’t like Frank for the RB coach position that should tell you something.

Yes it will tell me that he isn't the RB coach anymore, which I think I've mentioned in all of my posts as a possibility that wouldn't be surprising or otherwise unwarranted.

quote:

The results speak bud. Frank’s unit has been bad since he returned in 2022. That’s not even up for debate.

You haven't attempted to debate. "They are bad" is not an argument. It's been 4 seasons, the last 2 have had a horrible offense that objectively abandoned the run like no other team with success has.

I think the best two RB's he has recruited are Durham and Berry and I'm not sure too many other teams have a pair I would want more going into next season.
