Teams that are on top of the college football world tend to have other teams come calling for assistant coaches. LSU lost Saban to the NFL, and then Pelini got his call as a head coach. Another example would be USCs assitant coaches leaving for thier opportunities: coach O, Kiffin to Oakland now at TN, Sarkisian OC looks like he is taking the Wash. job.

My point is, when will their OC Mullen get his opportunity for a head coaching position????

When will their DC who has been their since the Spurrier days, and always has solid defenses, get his opportunity???

I guess I'm just getting sick of the gaytors, their coaches don't leave, Tebow and Harvin will probably return. It would just be nice to have some of that player/coach stability here at LSU.

I thought Mullen and McCarney were interviewing already, and Strong has at least interviewed before.
