Coach o feels if he gets experience coaches and they coach the players up to there fullest potential he will be ok

Where this may backfire is in recruiting, but coach o feels lsu recruits themselves and we have enough recruiters on staff to sign classes

According to reports coach O has a lot of respect for Aranda and doesn't make his OC hire without having him on board. Apparently Aranda thinks very highly of SE.

LSU does not recruit itself. Start losing a bunch and slipping further down the hole and see how well LSU recruits itself. Most of these kids want a shot at a title and that's one of the reasons Saban can cherry pick recruits. They are damn near guaranteed to win a national championship if they are there for 3 years! That's an insane advantage in luring a recruit.
