I heard through a source inside the AD's office that the pages in The Binder were laminated!

What if the binder had a little speaker and it makes a tiger roar every time O turns a page? Alleva has to love that sort of attention to detail. He probably gave a little elbow to Verge and said "This guy thinks of everything" and then laid back as Coach O barked at him about all the coaches he could possibly bring.
