Deal already done w/ someone, or fluid situation?

Since there is nothing but pure speculation going on, I'll speculate that this is a fluid situation, even w/ regards to Miles. I think if Michigan decides it really wants him, and makes a united pitch to him that they need him, he's a Michigan man, etc, that he might be swayed to go. But I don't think they'll get him if they dick around, they're divided. He already has to know that he is at least their second choice, behind Harbaugh. If the perception is that Michigan has to "settle" for Les, then I don't think he'd leave; if however they spin it to him like he would be their "savior," I think he might go. Given that, I don't think he's going, b/c I think even if Michigan does offer him the job, it won't be a unanimous offer and the Michigan folks will be divided. If Les perceives that, I don't think he goes.

I think the only person Michigan wouldn't be divided on is Harbaugh. NO matter who they hire, there will be divisions who don't want him.

maybe so but i bet they will spin it as if they are a united front, kind of how florida did when they hired will. michigan needs to get this right for p.r reasons.
