This would be an absolute disaster.
1st - he's been rumored to have an alcohol problem.
2nd - Recruiting Rankings:
2017 - 47th
2016 - 39th
2015 - 35th
3rd - He plays zero defense, they're currently losing 21-0 in the first quarter against Oklahoma. I would rather hire Les Miles back rather than go down this road. I have no idea how this guy is even being considered.
