Both. OL play was abysmal this year.

I was on the fence about him getting one more year until this weekend. We couldn’t open a hole on the worst rush D in Division 1. I don’t think another year helps that.

Can't recruit and he's not a great developer of talent either. He needs to go. Plain and simple. If they don't cut this dude they're making a huge mistake. He has done absolutely DICK at recruiting OL the past few years. Nothing but whiffs and misses on evaluations on the ones who did get.

Another example of Ed O whiffing on a hire and hiring one of his buddy’s he used to work with instead of a good coach
