I realize that and I’m trying to talk you off the ledge. You need to come to terms, as I have, that our schools are nothing but disappointments to say the least and try not to put so much emotion into them anymore. Once you reach that nirvana so to speak you can move on and enjoy life, and then take the good times with college football when they come and truly enjoy them.

I am a reasonable fan (despite my antics on here). I hope for 7-8 wins a year (occasional 6-6 is fine), maybe double digits every 4 years or so. Just be respectable, competitive and entertaining. Kiffin fits all those so that’s why I wanted him but there are other guys out there I like. I’m not throwing in the towel yet, HY made a good hire in Muss so I’m hopeful. We’ll see though.

I don’t have to come to terms with anything as I’m not a fan of either team. I just feel I wouldn’t make a statement such as that if I were an Ole Miss fan. Because your almost literal existence is futile.
