He's a good QB coach, too. Coached Matt what's his name that plays for the Falcons, and in fact, Rohan Davey when he was in NFL Europe. Rohan was player of the year or something there.

Not enough to think it's obvious, but he did coach with Les at Colorado for 2 years (85-86). He just has plenty of experience working with QB's (including Rohan Davey in NFL Europe) and being successful. Southeast ties. I think bringing him in probably means BG and FW stay. An OL coach would be needed.
