1. Won the SEC
2. Won a national championship
3. NFL experience
4. Coached under Saban
5. Never upset in a game
6. Never had more than 2 losses in a season
7. White
8. Unvaccinated
9. Great offensive mind
10. Great defensive mind
11. Willing to ask President Tate "but what about Blue Lives?"
12. Can't be from Louisiana
13. Must know Louisiana intimately
14. Good recruiter
15. Religious
16. Not too Religious
