As long as Saban is in the West.

So, Orgeron emerges as the only one not scared.

Job security plays a factor
Look at Urban, left UF for OSU. At that time he was the big fish in the 10 pond. Only time he sees Saban now is in the playoffs for the Title. Miles had good seasons and lost to Saban, ppl still called for his job. Who wants that shite??

Same with Jimbo, now with Herman.
