I'd take Larry Porter over Jabbar Julluke anyday. Porter can recruit anywhere in the country. Not just the new Orleans area like julluke.

I'm asking because, Jimbo wanted him to go with him in 2007 but they couldn't afford to out bid us. Then when Jimbo took over as Head Coach, Porter had just took the memphis job

Keep him away from LSU. Guy was garbage. He'd take running backs out when they were hot.

Ed o can take over new orleans imo. Julluke just on for the free ride. He hasn't even got a recruit to commit yet. Been here long enough to not get a commit. Larry porter would have been snagged Cam Akers.

I think Julluke is a much needed asset. Not a great technician as far as teaching backs, but recruiting... he's top tier.
