Assistant coach requirenents

Any report that includes assistant coach requirements can be immediately chalked up as bogus.
It's not just because big name coaches won't accept those restrictions,
it's because the coach likely isn't familiar with the coaches on the new staff and doesn't know the status of his old coaches.
A staff takes time to develop and head coach negotiations are not the time for those talks.
