Not enough quality HS players in the state. Leach and Hal Mumme are the fathers of the Air Raid, all those other Air Raid coaches are his disciples. Dana Holgorsen, Sonny Dykes, Kliff Kingsbury, Art Briles, Seth Littrell, and Lincoln Riley worked or played for Leach. Mike Gundy and Larry Fedora worked under Briles, so they are his disciples. If Arkansas wants to be relevant again, and have a fan-filled stadium every Saturday then just hire the Mad Pirate.
