Brilliant Read.... I would add - perhaps under the infrastructure element but could make a case for a 6th reason.... Aranda is special....and the talent on the O right now is still insane.

I've wanted Herman all along. Jimbo would be the safe bet, but I really want to see what an offensive mind like Herman paired with Dave Aranda can do for my tigers. That would truly be an early Christmas. If it happens I'll tell my wife to bother with a gift, I gots mine already.
