Could be anything, help with finances, how to be happier, psychology books, etc.

I started the Happiness Equation Friday and so far its a really good read.

This was a great book on what wheat does to the body and how we got to consuming so much wheat as a society. Also talks about what happens when we consume less wheat and how it improves your overall well-being as well as your mental state.

I've enjoyed Extreme Ownership.

For guys who have a white collar job and enjoy Recent armed forces stories..two former Navy Seals give accounts of their challenges in the Middle East and apply their philosophies to managing in corporate America .

Not self-help so much, more business, but Chip and Dan Heath's three books were really good.

How to Win Friends was one I couldn't get into.

The Rational Male

A book every man should read. Women would get a lot of insight from it too.
