Has anyone read this novel by Garth Stein?


A dog who wants to be humanHis owner is a minor race car driver and they watch videos of a famous Italian driver who excels at, yes,
Racing when it’s raining. It’s told entirely from the fog’s point of view as narrator. Its’s very moving, actually, and I recommend it.

Read it but didn't enjoy the storyline that much. Too depressing, and while Enzo was the narrator it was more about the humans than the dog. Great concept, weak execution.

I thought his observations of the humans were interesting, Amanda the story moved me. Inventive. And the story moved me, that is
