I've read Hyperion, Altered Carbon, A Fire in the Sky, and Snowcrash, but that's essentially it for me with sci-fi.
Any suggestion with good narration?

don't know about narration but i'm sure they have a good one - Foundation, foundation and empire and second foundation is one of the all time great trilogies so start there

I’m listening to the three body problem right now, not bad but sometimes the super detailed science explanations are hard to follow.
I think this is more on me though for listening while at work or doing something around the house.
Edit: I read the books, but people here have suggested the audio books for red rising are well done.

audio books for red rising
They are amazing, b/c Reynolds is the GOAT. Same with Micahel Sullivan's Riyria books. He's just an incredibly captivating narrator.
ETA: I took Sally's suggestion and am listing to Foundation at the moment. Still in the first 15%. But will look up The 3 Body Problem now. Thanks.

I really enjoyed the Fear the Sky series. Also yes, the Red Rising trilogy is very well narrated.
The Lost Fleet series also has a great narrator. Christian Rummel is a fantastic reader. The series itself is pretty fun, though a little repetitive at times.
