Someone recommended Pillars of the Earth a couple of months ago. I bought it on Audible for my morning commute. That is my favorite book. Thank you for the recomedation whoever suggested it.

I’m intrigued but the description is not something that would normally interest me.

Without spoilers, can you give some more about what made it so good?

TIA

All three in that series, Pillars of the Earth, A World Without End, and A Column of Fire are fantastic.

Sorry for the late response....just seeing this. The character development and how the characters interacted just struck a chord.

I had no idea that it was a trilogy. I will look into them right away.
