White Nights, and a few other short stories.

God he's so amazing. For a long time, the Sensualist description in The Brothers Karamozov was probably favorite passage in literature.

Start with Crime and Punishment. It's arguably his greatest work, and maybe the easiest read.
One of the few of his books that are remotely optimistic.
