I’m looking for the best books about business and business management? Any suggestions? I’ve been in the F&B industry for a while and looking to maybe branch out

Are you trying to start your own business? Simply Jump from the line or foh to management? Are you looking for more the numbers side or people side?
Understandably, books on business are very broad.
The Interpretations of Financial Statements by Benjamin Graham is a book I believe anyone who thinks about business should read. It was written in the 30s? But still holds up and breaks down what a balance sheet and income statement show. Every manager will be in charge of something related to the financials so this will help anyone see how it all fits together.

By “branching out,” do you mean starting your own business or applying for management positions?
A Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith is the most comprehensive book on economics I’ve read. I like how the author breaks down complex ideas into simple metaphors.

This may seem a little out in left-field but the most enjoyable and personally enriching “business” book I’ve read is Confessions of an Advertising Man by David Ogilvy
Good advice on running a company and managing employees and customers. Solid insights into need for solid data and testing and that the only purpose for advertising is not winning prestigious awards for your advertising agency but rather making your customers’ cash registers ring.
Ogilvy’s background and training are interesting and formative in his success and longevity. Chef. Door to door sales. Wartime Intelligence. Consumer research with Gallup. Advertising copy writer. He credits his success to hard research and data that reveal why consumers behave as they do and how to influence them to act.
His retirement home purchased in 1966.

That's a good one.
I like "The Effective Executive" by Peter Drucker.

The best business books aren't about "business".
