I have been trying to find the recipe for a Chocolate French silk Pie. It was a 9 in pie, crust was made with chou pastry,and it was filled with a dark chocolate filling.The top of the pie was decorated with tiny profiteroles filled with the chocolate filling. Pie crust looked like a regular pie. I would love to have the complete recipe--a fave of mine as a child,--but the most important thing I want to know is how the chou paste pie shell was baked.
