One of my favorite authors. Alongside Follett. His ww2 espionage fiction books are my favorite genre.
Has anyone come across similar authors? Or his type of books?

Two of my favorite WWII fiction books are "The Winds of War" and "War and Remembrance".

If you liked that one, read the sequel, War and Remembrance. It is Herman Wouk's masterpiece.

They are magnificent books. And great primers for people who want to learn a fair amount about wartime America while being engrossed by story.
