ESPN is reporting that Chicago Blackhawks right wing Patrick Kane is being investigated in Hamburg, New York for rape.
quote:Kane, who signed an eight-year, $84 million contract with the Blackhawks last season has not been charged with a crime.
According to the newspaper's sources, a local woman has accused Kane of a sexual assault.
The law enforcement sources said the woman went to a hospital, where a rape kit was performed.
