Pittsburgh Celebrating Hines Ward Dancing Win With Rally

Steelers WR Hines Ward won "Dancing with the Stars" this year and now the city of Pittsburgh is celebrating the win with a victory rally. The rally will take place in front of the City-County building where fans are being asked to show up wearing black and gold and bring their terrible towels.
